Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My husband left me for another women, so i filed for divorce. If i move out can the courts get me for abandonment? Are there spousal abandonment laws in indiana?

I agree with Jay. Besides, he has already moved out and the divorce has already been filed. However, keep in mind that if you leave the house,no one will be there to protect the asset.
