Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My husband and I are in the middle of adopting our son who has lived with us since his birth. He is now 29 months old. There is a great possibility of divorce. My question is this, will the adoption still be allowed to go through if we both still want it too, but do decide to divorce and only I have sole custody of the child?

No, not under those circumstances in all probability. Best bet is to have your adoption lawyer's opinion, though.
