Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My husband moved from Texas to Indianna and took his 2 kids and are 2 kids together.. Meanwhile I was told me and my daughter would be following in 3 weeks it has now been 9 month since I have seen my kids and my daughter has seen her brothers.. I have been sending him money and he says kids want to live with him.. I want my kids back home with me??How does child support work in Indiana?? I have done nothing but, be nice and try and help and he has done nothing but screw me.. I need to know ins and out on child support and what I can do to get my kids back home with me.. I make $540 plus $80 gas card that is all before taxes.. Help 2 months ago I sent him $1400 so he can get into a house and is just out to screw me.. He makes at least $1000 a week and supposedly pays $600 for insurance and 2 of the 4 kids are mine.. Please any kind of help I am desperate.. My world has been flipped upside down and I have been nothing but lied to as well as my daughter.. This has all been affecting my daughters diabetes with all the stress he has caused taking away her brothers she has spent her whole life with.. His 2 kids have only been in our lives for 1 year..

Do not try to solve this on your own. You need to get a divorce petition on file as soon as possible to claim custody of your children. You may be stuck in Indiana if something is filed here, but you need to sit down with a lawyer and talk to them about it. If you cannot afford one, contact legal services in your area.
