Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My husband and I are renting a home. Our lease is up April 30. The new lease beginning May 1 will just be in my name, as I am filing for divorce. Once that lease is signed, can I force him to leave? He has been unemployed the majority of the last 5 years and I have been maintaining the household.

The judge in the divorce case can force this. removing his name from the lease can not.
