Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Does my husband have any rights to his 5 year old son, in regards to getting the mother to bring the boy to see him while he is incarcerated at Westville IN, Prison? and if not does his grandmother have any type of grandparent rights to the boy while he is finishing his sentence?

If he can get a judge to believe that taking a child to prison is good for the child, then yes. (Does that really seem like a good idea to you?). The grandparents can contact an attorney about asserting their rights if needed, assuming that a custody order exists giving the mother custody.
