Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My husband talked me into getting a divorce, I told him numerous times I didnt want it. He said it would be better for us to be divorced and work out our issues than stay married. He talked me into doing so with no attorneys, so basically he really took advantage of me. He basically kicked me and my four kids (3 mine, 1 ours) out of our 5 bedroom home. He talked me into joint custody, which I also did not want. he was to pay me 15000.00 and the judge did not put it in our decree, but it is on our filing paperwork. Is there ANYTHING I can do to get what is rightfully owed to me? He also gets paid cash under the table and has side jobs to which he didnt report for child support..

I am not sure what you mean by in the paper work but not in the decree. I suggest that you hire a local attorney to review your case and to determine whether there are grounds for postr decree relief.
