Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
My husband will retire this coming January and he has a 9 year old daughter. Should his child care payments come down or remain the same. His income will be reduced. (We have been married only 8 months). Thanks.

The answer depends on many factors including whether this is a voluntary retirement. Assuming that it is not and there is a 20% or more reduction, there are probably grounds for a modification. You shoulod contact a local attorney.
