Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
Me, my husband and 3 years old daughter came to US on Sep 19 2008 with the visa lottery. On January 2009 he decided to go back to our home country and didn't help us at all since. Now he wants to divorce.
Can I get te full custody of my child? What should I do fisrt?
We both agree that divorce is the only solution and have no assets to split.

You should file for dissolution and obtain a provisional order preventing him from taking your child out of the country. You may be able to get full custody but really need to hire local counsel asap.
