Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My husband of 11 years is currently married to another, I beleive. I know and have paperwork that shows he did in fact marry once while we have been married, and also divorced. what is the easiest way for me to get a divorce? I do not want anything from him, just a divorce. We live in the same town, and I want to do what is easiest for me. I was told at the prosecutor's office that I need to file a police report then I can talk to an investigator for what needs to be done. I just want a divorce.

The easiest and quickest way is to hire local counsel. If there are not any financial or child custody issues, you should be able to obtain a divorce shortly after 60 days from the date of filing.
