Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
Husband of 13 yrs want a divorce. But i found out my first marriage was never finalized. I know I have to divorce the first one. Then how do we end the current one? We live in indiana.

Do you mean your first divorce was never ended by divorce? If so, your second marriage is void. Go see an attorney in your community right away who can investigate these facts for you.
