My ex husband started paying half of his oblif=gated amount be cause our daughter left college and was out a period of 30 days waiting to get into her new school, which is a trade school he said he is no longer obligated because it is not a real college

Until such time as a court has ordered that there is an emancipation or modification, your husband will remain responisble for the amount stated in the last order of court. Also, did you know that your ex husband may be obligated to contribute to your daughters post hig scholl education?
