Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Indiana child support order from 2009 had no entry on the worksheet for work related child care. We exchange income figures each year and Ex pays me for any difference he would owe for the previous year. Can he now add child care expense each year? Also, he has remarried a woman w/ 2 children. He is now showing a subsequent child multiplier credit which I will need to question him about. Am I correct he can only use this if he has adopted her children (or has another I know nothing about)?

Yes, he has to have a legal responsibility to the children, not just be a step-parent.
