Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I am in Indiana and I am going through a divorce. I have two children, ages 5 & 7 and I want to have them as much as I possibly can. My wife is wanting to only allow me state minimum visitation because she wants the maximum amount of child support possible. Both of us are professional people and neither of us are unfit parents or have anything negative attached to us that would be of concern as far as granting parenting time in court. What is the best way to fight for as much parenting time as possible? I want the kids as often as I can get them according to my work schedule. She is a school teacher and her schedule matches the kids schedule perfectly and she feels like she has excellent leverage to get whatever she wants. I need the kids. What is the best way to go about securing as much parenting time with them as possible?
