In Indiana, does a mother need consent from the dad to move if the dad pays support or can the mother let the courts know she is moving to another city in the same state to provide a better life for her kids as long as she sticks to visitation rights?

The mother has to provide notice and a parenting plan pursuant to the Relocation Statute and the father can object and ask for a hearing.
