Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Indiana is a one pot state where items brought into the marriage can be viewed as marital property. However, rebuttals can be made on the extent of ownership before marriage. Can personal property owned before marriage such as moderately priced musical instruments ($300-500)with documentation be lost in divorce or will that remain non marital property?
