In Indiana, if you sign your rights over to a family member for personal issues, can you obtain your rights to the child back?

No parent can permanently relinquish their rights without an adoption being granted. If one was granted, there is no way for the biologocial parent to undo it, except in cases of duress. The biological parent needs to explain this more fully to an attorney in order to answer this question fully.
