Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

In Indiana, my wifes ex-husband has custody of there 16 yr old son. My wife was a stay home mom for the last 4 yrs. She just recently started working again. Her ex husband is seeking child support and is claiming that she needs to bring her tax info from when she last worked. My question is that I wanted to know if she has to provide this info or will the child support be based on her current wages only. Thank you.

She does need to provide that information as it may be an indication of her earnings capability.

However, if she is not purposley underemployed, the amounts earned in the old economy may have little if any impact.
