Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

intent to move residences... notice

On August 31, 2006, I filed my ''Notice Of Intent To Move Residences'' with the Circuit Court Juvenile Division in Marion County. I have yet to hear anything from the respondent (my daughter's father who lives in Nashville, TN.). In the last week, I have realized that I am going to actually be moving to Montana on December 17th instead of December 28th which is the date I put on the original notice. Do I need to file another ''Notice Of Intent To Move Residences''? Or could I just file some type of amendment? I'm also in search for a very good Family Law attorney because I know the respondent is going to fight me on this move... he's already hired an attorney. Thanks!

Re: intent to move residences... notice

I would do an amendment since the date is the only thing that has changed. Please feel free to contact me.
