Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
Invasion of my privacy
I am a single parent going tru a horrible custody battle. I no longer have a relationship with my son's father obviously, and during our break up we had many arguments regarding visitation, he signed paternity affidavit and pretty much dropped us. i filed for a support order he filed for custody. he spent 3 months ignoring me, my son but his story is that i have taken his son away from him. everytime i tried to let him take our son for visitation he would stir up trouble, finally i told him to set visitation thru his attorney, and he always proposes some ridiculous visitation plan with our 6 month old this has gone on about 6months. He calls me leaves messages and provokes me many ways to call him back so he can tape the conversation. I undersatnd he has 2 hours of tapes. I just found out that his attorney plays these tapes to all his buddies on fishing trips. I cannot beleive an attorney would be this unprofessional. What can I do about him playing tapes and is he violating some sort of discovery laws regarding privacy.

Re: Invasion of my privacy
The facts of this matter are unclear as to the source of the information and the source's reliability. The other aspect of this is that from the limited facts given, it would appear to be the other party's attorney with whom the issue of the attorney client relationship would come into play. Absent any other specfic facts, it is difficult at best to really address this. If you have an attorney, you may wish to consult her or him on this.
