Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I am currently having an issue getting my ex husband to abide by our divorce decree. During our marriage he was not involved (and refused to take part) in our sons eye sight issues and now that my insurance won't cover the costs he's claiming that he was never asked to take part in getting them help. Our decree states that he is to pay for 54% of any uncovered medical issues and now that he has found out that the insurance won't cover the cost he is threatening me that he is getting a lawyer and will say that I never gave him information about the procedures. What are my legal rights and will he have to stick with the terms of the decree even if he gets a lawyer?
