Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My issue is that my little sister who is now 15 is having a horrible home life. Our father passed away 11 years ago. She lives with her mother (she is my half sister) and her mothers boyfriend. She calls me crying almost everyday and is miserable. Her mom does not work, and neither does her moms boyfriend. They live off of the social security money that is received every month from our father passing. My sister never has what she needs. Her mom doesnt by her school things, personal items (like tampons or pads), she is never given any money to do anything fun, she never sees any of the money. Her mom and her moms boyfriend go out and blow all the money on themselves. Her mother only cares about her boyfriend and is lazy. My sister does all the house work and cooking. Her mom has no personal relationship with her while this boyfriend is around. She treats her like shit. I am so fed up with her using all of my sisters money. I feel so bad for my sister, she is miserable. She has changed to a sad, depressed person. It isnt right. Although there is no abuse in the household. My sister is done. She is ready to just leave she is so miserable. I am 21, 22 in December. I just got married and my husband is joining the army this week. We are financially stable and I believe that she could have a much better life in my care. The only thing is that I know it would be very hard to do legally...if not impossible. Does anyone know anything about this? I am so upset. I just want her happy.
