Joint custody rights
I have joint custody. The mother has physical. How many overnight stays per week do I have the right to? And how many nights do I get credit for with holidays and birthdays? I have 2 children. ages 5 and 3.

You need to look at the order tht established custody and parenting time. The fact that there is joint custody does not change parenting time. If the order incorporates the Indiana PArenting Time Guidelines, you can print a copy from the INdiana Judiciary website. The general rule if you have had regular parenting time in the past is every other weekend, one weekday every week, half the holidays, your birthday and father's day.
