Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have joint custody of my son with his father Kevin,but I am the primary guardian.Allen has been living with Kevin for 9 months because he asked if he could try it and I agreed.Allen is flunking 9th grade has had dicsiplinary actions for attendance and complaints from teachers and students about Allen wearing dirty clothes 3-4 days and smelling.I gave Allen a month to straighten up from Jan. 6th.On Feb. 4th Kevin withdrew Allen from school telling them he would home school him and that I knew about it and agreed.I didnt know and didnt sign any papers to withdraw my son from school.Can I do anything about it legally?

Sure, go pick your son and bring him back home if you have custody. Also, talk to your attorney from the divorce, with the attorney being able to read the decree to determine what other options might exist.
