Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I’d like to get joint custody of my son. Is there a way to do this without paying child support

In Indiana, we use a state mandated child support calculator. Whatever that figure comes out to be is the presumed amount for child support. So if the. calculator kicked out a figure for no child support, then its none. If it kicks out anything else, that is presumed to be the correct figure. Part of the formula for the calculator includes information on how many overnights the parent will have the child(sen).
