Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I have joint custody of my 4 year old son. His father has not seen him in 2 years. How do I get full custody of my child? Is there anyway I can get my support raised due to me not working? I take care of my son 24/7 and his father doesnt help in anyway. He is suppose to keep insurance on him and does not, I have medicaid for him and thats it. I have been paying for everything for the past 2 years and want to have full custody of my child, what should I do? I cannot afford a lawyer but need this taken care of as soon as possible.

You are going to have to find a way to obtain an attorney who can present the appropriate petitions on your behalf. You can check the local Pro Bono office for your judicial district to see whether they have a volunteer attorney who would be willing to take your case.
