Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

can be a Joint Tenants with Rights of Survivorship (JTWROS) revocable???

My husband signed 16years ago a JTWROS for his wife at that time even he owns the house before their marriage. They were divorced for 1o years by now but he never does something about that. Now we want to sale the house and his realtor said he need the signature of his ex-wife to sale it. is it that true? If a man signed a JTWROS for his ex-wife for the house he owned by himself before their marriage can he revokes this acts after the divorce is pronounced??? Or is this Joint Tenants with Rights of Survivorship (JTWROS) irrevocable???

He can not revoke that. He should have taken care of this during his divorce. Bottom line is he needs the signature of his ex.
