Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Judge changed terms agreed upon by both parties

Both parties had agreed to settlement terms, and were in court to finalize divorce. Judge changed the terms even though both parties asked him not to. No fault, no children involved. Neither party wanted any changes made to original agreement.

Can this be appealed in Indiana Court?

It can be appealed. However, the trial court has a lot of discretion in allowing settlements.
