If a judge orders child support & sets an amount, can you request a change in the amount? And how?

You file a motion with the court. Whether it is granted depends on whether you qualify for a change under the Indiana Support Guidelines.

You file a Petition for Modification if your income and/or the other parent's income has changed substantially. If you are referring to a situation where an order was recently entered and you disagree with the amount a Motion to Correct Errors or a Motion to Set Aside may be the route to go.
