If the judge rule custody for me. Can the other parent keep taking me to court for custody?

The non-custodial parent can seek custody any time he can prove a substantial change in circumstances. Some judges believe this can only happen yearly, others will entertain the motion at any time. However, a non-custodial parent that files without a valid emergency more often than once a year will likely be told by the judge to discontinue his efforts.
