how to keep[all] visits in indiana

the child was 6 mo. old /we did the everyother wk.end visits for 6 months,then the ncp was gone for a year,no visits/age 1yr. thru-2 yrs. of age,at that time he decides he wants visits in the state he has been.[the judge] GRANTS him to come to childs state,every month for a wk.end visit and then the child[shall]go to his state for a week in november,and june//THESE TWO VISITS is the only ones he has exercised,,and he has told me he is not coming at those other timeshow to keep [all] visits here??

The visitation isn't a duty but a right that he can choose to exercise or not.

You can't make him do it, but he can make you allow him to have it.

And if you don't like the location, you can't unilaterally decide to change it. You have to have a court change any conditions.
