Can I kick him out?

I am ending my relationship with my bf, in 15 months he held a job for 2 and I need to get him out. He has no legal claim to the house at all. Can I legally force him to leave?

You can evict him.

Additionally, if he has threatened you physically you can obtain a protective order. If you think that he may have, you should go to the Indiana Judiciary Website, look up protective orders and see if his actions qualify.
