Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I was kicked out of my house yesterday, and i really don't want to go back either. It was a very bad environment for me, i as verbally and mentally abused everyday, and threatened by my dad. It was just us two living together, but I am worried about him because My mom committed suicide 2 years ago from this coming up Sunday and he keeps threatening suicide and told me that it will be my fault... I have somewhere I am staying but I am only 17 and I won't be 18 until 4 months. I don't want to involve the law or get my dad into trouble because I do care for him but he just treated me so wrongly. What do I do?

You need to contact someone you can trust who is an adult who can help you. Whether the law can be kept out of it or not, I don�t know, but you should not have to deal with this on your own. Talk to a teacher or counselor at church, or another adult relative. You need help, and your dad does too. They can help him get it.
