I have two kids that grown, when the kids was young the didn't want child support but now she wants back child support, can she do that?

If there was a child support order, you can be made to pay the money, even if she said at one point she didn't want it. There is a statute of limitations on collection, however, and you should talk to a family law attorney in your community about the specifics of your case.
