What kind of letter? to Amend child tax claims in dicorce

I need to know what kind of letter I need to write to a judge to change my divorce decree, so that it states that I may claim one child a year. As of now my ex has claimed them both, even though I pay for well over 50% of there care.

You need to file a petition to modify the decree, requesting in the petition that the tax dependency deduction be modified. This will probably trigger a petition to modify support.
