Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

What kind of papers do I need for a baby, and the mother does not want, but wiil sign all rights to the father ? He has already contacted the State Social Services for Insurance for her and the baby..She says she has mailed the papers from the hospital but so far we have not seen them..What else would we have to do? He got her a doctor for the pregancy already.

Once baby has arrived, an adoption can take place with father and his wife adopting the baby. If that can not happen, there is no other "giving up of rights", though she can agree to father having custody.
