What kinda of motion can i file in clark county indiana circuit court to as the paternal grandmother to become a party an existing custody case to petiton the court for custody due to both being unfit and abusive which i have video proof of? There is currently an open court case for custody but i was granted residential custody as both parents are homeless and will not work and cannot support him. but my son has legal custody. My grandson is 14months old.

You may have rights as a defacto custodian depending aon all of the circumstances. Since this involves custody issues and you are not a parent, I strongly suggest that you hire local counsel.
