What is the law on alienation of affection. My husband is seeing his ex-wife and bought her a house and car. Can she be sued?

Indiana does not recognize the law on alienation. However, if you file for divorce, the courts do recognize marital waste in allocating a property settlement. You should see a local attorney immediately. The problem is not the former wife. She has no obligation to you, but your husband does!
