Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

What can I do about my ex and his lawyer who are purposely prolonging a divorce case that has been going on for almost 2 years. He (husband) has been sentenced to 6 years in jail.

What does your lawyer say needs to be done? If nothing, get a new attorney. If something, follow his advice. If you don't have one, get one.
