Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Do I even need a lawyer?

I was served with court papers stating that I am to appear in court to determine child support, custody,& visitation mine & my ex-fiance's 2 children.I currently, and have always had physical custody of them both. I defenetly am not an unfit mother. The father has obtained a lawyer,do you think I should obtain one too? Or should I represent myself?

Absolutely retain an Indiana lawyer. Is there anything more important in your life than your 2 kids?
