Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I left my extremely abusive husband about a month ago with my children to come back home to my home state of Louisiana. We recently resided in Indiana. I came back home because my mother and family could support me and my children while I attempted to find a job. My ex husband has gotten a temporary emergency custody order and I have to go back to Indiana to the hearing. Will he be able to get temporary emergency custody? Will I have to go back to Indiana or will he have to come here to Louisiana? Will he be able to get full custody of our children?

Possibly. Indiana for a hearing. Possibly. You need to hire an attorney as soon as possible in Indiana and discuss the case with details of the abusem child rearing, etc. He ore she can then give you a better idea of what the situation is.
