Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My ex left our 7 yr old in a hotel with her two 12 yr old cousins for a few hours. Is there anything I can do?

Talk to your ex and find out the cirumstances. It is not unusual for 12 year olds to baby sit at times. Clearly overnmight would be inappropriate, but a few hours is not necessarily unacceptable. Was this pout of town? Was your ex available at all times by phone? Was he nearby?
