Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I am looking for someone to help me with some legal advice on Emancipation of a minor in Indiana. When the law states that i have to have a place to live, go to school and be financially stable, can i live with a boyfriend and work and go to school or does it all have to be completely on my own?

All circumstances are different. However, what happenS if you and your boyfriend break or he unexpectedly dies? Are you financially stable? Would you be able to afford a place to live?
It is unlikely that a court will emancipate you so you can live with a boyfriend. Statistically speaking, that is not a good "bet" when it comes to finishing school, going to college, avoiding unwed parenthood and the like.
If the situation with your parent(s) is dangerous to you, perhaps another adult placement with someone whom you do not have a romantic relationship with you would be a good idea.
