Legal age of a minor in Georgia

granddaughter lives in georgia she is 14 years old wants to live with grandparents in Indiana. Can she make that decision at ther age?

This is a Georgia legal question. However, in Indiana the answere is a qualified no. A court would have to determine that it is in the best interest of the child to live with you. This is a heavy burden to overcome to obtain custody over the parents.
