Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

In a legal divorce decree signed and entered by both husband and wife. Where as husband was to pay for vehicle. And has failed to do so has not. And now wife must surrender vehicle back to loan company due to inability to pay car note. Would the wife be in danger of a lean against her sole owned home. Because of the fact that both their names appear on the car loan.
