is it legal fr a 14 year old girl to date a 18 year old guy in the sate of indiana if they dont engage in sexual contact is kissing holding hands and that kind of stuff okay though

Any contact that arouses the sexual desire of the kisser or the kissee is illegal. As I remember from being a teenager, that in all likelihood would include kissing.

The best advice would be for an adult not to date a child at all, at least until she is 16.
