Is this legal or not

My little girl is 2 her mother join the millitary. she signed full costody to me. We got mairred and four months later she decide to be with some one in the military. Now she wants to try to take my daughter away from me and move to another state. Just because we got mairred, does that void the contract that she signed full costody over to me?

If she files for a dissolution of marriage, the court will decide who gets custody. You will be able to present your evidence to the court, including the document that she signed.
