if i am a legal guardian of a minor can they use my income on a child support modification?

According to Guardian and Wards Act 1890 a portion of your income may be spent for education of child, celebration of ceremonies and such other thing. this is a case where court order the guardian to spend and submit the accounts, court will appoint the auditor to look after the accounts submitted by guardian and may direct remuneration for the work be paid out of his income of the property
