Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Hi We are the legal guardians of 4 beautiful babies. We would like to petition to have the biomom's rights severed. She has 3 other children in foster care and is severely bipolar (untreated). She has no job, no driver license and will soon be homeless. The biodad says if she lose rights he would give his up to us. We would like to known, if we decided to persue treminination of her rights what are our chances in court. Thanks
