If a legal marriage is a legal civil contract and a third party knowingly sets out to cause the civil contract to be violated (by causing a divorce)can the third party be sued for losses of revnue past and future and emotional distress and related medical costs and divorce costs

Most cases for alienation of affection has been outlawed. You have to check your particular state. In Michigan, where I am, cases for alienation of affection have been outlawed by statute since 1957. Therefore, there is no case.
