Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

i have a legal question regarding my 11 month old daughter her father and i werent married and are not together now. I have the signed paternity papers from the hospital he and i both signed also, we signed the hospital paper for joint custody but it says mom has full primary physical custody and it says we had 60 days from the childs birth to submit a genetic test that indicates the father listed as the father is the biological father. which was not done. otherwise, your agreement to share joint custody will be void however, the establishment of paternity signed by the father is void. now, my question is do i or dont i have full legal custody over her? and is there something i need to do legally right now so he cant take her whenever he wants to?

Currently, you have legal custody. But. there is nothing to prevent him from coming in and filing a petition for custody. There is no court order with respect to custody. There are several things you can and should do, but you're going to need to speak with a lawyer about those matters.
